How did you do the weathering?

I want to weather mine a bit, But not sure how to do so.

My friend Bob helped me out with it and a little help from Chris's Website on weathering a TK for a sandtrooper. emoticon Thanks Chris!

Its pretty simple [sign in to see URL] is weather tips I used from Chris's [sign in to see URL] hope you don't mind chris..emoticon

I used craft paint (also called tempera paint) which can be found at the craft store for about $1 a bottle. If you make mistakes, you can just wipe it off with a damp cloth. The paint colors I used were basically olive-brown, black, and rust. I mixed the colors and dabbed on the paint with an old sock. Then dabbed it some more with a slightly damp sponge. When applying paint to crevices, dab it on, force it into the cracks with a paintbrush, then wipe off the high spots. When it's still slightly wet, use crumpled paper to create "scratches" in the weathering.

Re: Darth Flash complete 3PO

I recently been looking for a better way to transport my 3PO costume, which I have to say is a quit the large bin to be carry around. I finally came a cross a bin that might seem a little odd but it looks like it could work very [sign in to see URL]

I was looking in Walmart and I came across a garbage bucket with cover that had wheels. I know it seem odd but it fits everything [sign in to see URL] Here is some pictures...

It cost $[sign in to see URL] at walmart and the foam padding cost around $12 for yard.

Then the shoulder bells, shoes and leg pieces..

then the rest fingers, neck piece and the head is in the bag..

Then a double sided foam padding that cover..

Then the arms go on top...

Then the rubber shorts and underarmor can lay on top or I think I might have some more room under if needed...

Then the cover can go [sign in to see URL] there you have it, a Storage [sign in to see URL] looks like a garbage [sign in to see URL]
