Re: AlpineDarthMaul
So, I'm very nearly there. It has some tweaking still needed, and I'm going to wait for some brass parts here and there cuz they just look so good on their own. But for the most part, I'm glad to have it in a wearable condition!

Re: AlpineDarthMaul
So, I'm waiting to grab up some brass details here and there, and my brother (bless his heart) put the pistons on upside down. (I wasn't in a complaining mood, so I didn't tell him. lol
The brads I got for the gloves were 1/4 inch (guessing)
I found them on ebay "gold square brads" 12 pcs, scrapbooking crafts.

Re: AlpineDarthMaul
Awesome suit! I am wondering, is it converted to display only, or can you still wear it?

Re: AlpineDarthMaul
Yes, I am indeed inside. I kinda thought the same thing after looking at the similar pose in each photo. Or maybe it could be because I didn't modify my suit to be larger so it looks proportionate? But Thanks! Again, I still plan to add here, change there, tweak and refine.

Re: AlpineDarthMaul
Yes, I made my own shoes by simply painting liquid latex into the vaccuformed shoes and then gluing it to a canvas top shoe.
I really wanted to have a flexible comfortable shoe to wear.
