TK 409 C3PO kit size
I post this up to show the size of the parts, my 14 year old son is "modelling" the parts straight out of the box today.
Sam is 10.5 stone, 175 cm in height and the "large" chest is tight on him.
The right shin is very tight, it will be tricky to get to sit closed,
The parts are pretty clean, but it it going to take a lot of work for me to ever fit into this!

Re: TK 409 C3PO kit size
I have shorts, they will be another modifying project, I will have to expand the thighs, the right calf, the chest, possibly the upper arms as well. Hopefully I can get a bit slimmer and won't look like a shiney gold Hulk!
Fingers fit!

Did the same to mine, although i modified the one side with a parachute clip on the elastic. makes it easier to get on and off.

You have a black helmet? Is it the ABS version modified and painted black?

Re: TK 409 C3PO kit size
Sorry so long with the reply. Life happens.
Anyway, here is the CLIP i mentioned earlier.
All i did was simply replace the elastic on one side ( Left or Right if you prefer ) with this clip. I attached the female end ( right in photo) along the seam at the top-inside of the shorts, then used strap elastic on the male end and glued the strap end inside the front half. be sure the elastic doesn't slide through the catches. I left enough slack in the elastic on the front so that it can be loosed and tightened at will. makes getting in and out a bit easier.
savy?
