Hi great video and your c-3po looks amazing just a couple of questions,what type of metalising did you have.did you cut the back,plus what type of method did you use for keeping the leg up.thanks matt

Hi Matt,
I used Vacuum metallizing. It's nice, cheaper, but i must do again all year ( i used my c3po armor often).
Yes, i cutted the back. My chest is too big, so cut the front was not good for me (result of stop after few years of sport lol).
I have more space in the front, just for install 2 speakers (voice and the servo sounds).

You can probably get away with a single speaker
The aker voice amp i have has an input that could be hooked up to a sound board. The sounds come through the same speaker as the voice. I tested it with an mp3 player and speaking at the same time and it sounds fine. You would only need a separate volume control on your sound effects board to help control it's volume while mixed with your voice.

Maybe, i dont tested !
I use Aker for the voice and Radioshark mini-amplifer for the servo sounds.
