C-3PO Sequel trilogy style chest accurate 3d print file coming soon! (More comfortable)
I realized that the C-3PO 3d model in the VR game "Tales From The Galaxy's Edge" is styled off of the c3po look-alike suit used in the sequel trilogy. I found a low poly file ripped from the game and I'm currently hiring somebody to restore lost details and make it a wearable 3d print model of the torso only. I scaled the head to 105% of the don post statue 3d scans and used that scale to apply to the chest. Although the legs seemed much shorter than the don post, the torso matched the don post torso proportions perfectly, besides the alterations seen in the newer suit. It gives about 1.5 inches of extra belly room compared to the OG trilogy torso. We will now know how the chest in the sequels compares to the OG suit. I will be posting it free on Thingiverse if anyone is interested. It won't be 100% accurate to screen used, due to the cleaning up process, but will be real close most likely.
