c3po chest


Guys, can someone explaine or show me how i can connect the chest to the back whilst making it possible to be worn??

erm, i dont know as i was given the kit.

All i know is that its white ABS with loads of flashing on it that needs trimming off.

I also know its the same as Andy H's

Hi Paul,
It's a GA. What you need to do mate is trim it down a little at a time and keep trying it on untill it fits you.
Make the whole thing up as a single piece. When you're done trimming, tack the pieces together with superglue, then fill all the gaps & seams with Milliput epoxy putty from the inside out and smooth off as best you can on the front.
When that's done, sand down the epoxy putty and add the shoulder rings and neck ring using the putty.
Once the whole piece is done and sanded I cut straight through it!

You can see where I originally joined the two pieces together which are nowhere near the actual cut.

those photos are exactly what i needed to see how the chest fits together, now i can get on with putting mine together once i trim it down a little.
