Just received my styrene sleeth helmet kit. WOW! The styrene is perfect for my melon! It is alot sturdier that I thought. Now on to the cutting....a bit nervous to do this. Next stop ordering my body kit from Chris!

Well I tried the helmet on after the cutting....I think I took off too much on the front face shell because my head barely fits! emoticon Not too worry though as I have another one on it's way from Jim. Can you guys please post your front face shells after they have been trimmed. Just want to make sure I do it the right the second time! Maybe some side shots?

you can add on to the the lip after you cut it . You can get away with up to an inch strip all the way around.

Is the bolts the only thing keeping your c-3po head together,also what c-3po head do you have a fiberglass one or abs vacuum head.
