Any chance on getting some feed back on this or video of it working with the thighs? Thanks in advance. Would be nice to see some video of this when you get a chance. Also have you finished your shoulder rings yet? Thanks and great work. Heres my solution. First off i shimed the sides so i could slide the shorts on,making good the gap at the top with spare plastic and a little fireglass. The outside of the shorts is now fixed in position all round.I made the dicision not to try and hide the join ,but to make a feature of it with a weld line or pinstripe running down the outside edges.I know this is not screen acurate but it was the only way to stop the seam from cracking when flexed. Now i had first thought of making the crotch area fixed also but had my doubts as to whether i would be able to walk in them.I tried the shorts on for size and noticed that without a fixed crotch area they flexed with my legs giving me good movement, now we are not talking leaps and bounds here ,the classic pigeon step is what i mean, but they made things feel easy on the leg even with the thighs on.So i trimmed and shaped the crotch with a little extra suport with fibreglass tissue,as the plastic is very thin in this area.primed and ready or vac-metalizing.The gap is enough so the two halves do not meet and pich your skin ( very important if you get my meaning ) nondisclosed_email@example.com (stukatrooper)Tue, 20 Sep 2011 13:57:15 +0000
