Probably a vintage bike's reflector.
(for the ANH style)
For ESB/ROTJ and Prequel style (both different) I try to find a good plastic used for light covers...but I found nothing (I live in France)
Any others ideas?
Is ESB the light cover style? (I've not studied it enough to know the difference between each film...)

The first (on the left) is the ANH style.
Second is ESB/ROTJ style
Third is ROTS style.

Can anyone tell me the actual size for the brass tube in the center of the eye?

Re: *Official* Eyes Thread
I created my own eye lights using 3 flat yellow LEDs mounted on a circuit board and a few resistors.

Magnets mounted inside the head above and below the eyes hold them in place.

Re: *Official* Eyes Thread
For the eye holes, I use a 3/8" brass tube for hobby projects. I used a small Dremel grinder to enlarge the hole in the resin eye lense to accept the brass tube. You can find them at hobby or craft stores in different sizes. They are cheap on ebay too.

Re: *Official* Eyes Thread
I was just poking around on eBay and found a set of the battery operated lights that seem perfect for the eyes. They are the LEDs, not the grain o' wheat bulbs but still they should do the trick. The set has 12 lights, so a few will have to be tucked off to the side or removed...
Not earth-shattering news, but at least there is an LED set of lights that should work. I am going to start a build diary on the weekend, I will put in a bit about installing the lights in the eyes once I have the lights in hand.
