Looking impressive!
I am wondering, do you have the smallest TK409 chest?
Thank you for your comments.
The suit is a combination of different parts, actually.
The Head=TK409, Chest and arms=Ga Vacformed, Hands= MonCal, Shorts= Moncal, Legs= TK409, Feet and resin backpac= Starbuck. The arm pistons are TK409, the leg Pistons and Neck Pistons, GA resin. The Brass Eyes and Antenna are from another Rotocast helmet i got off ebay sometime ago. I think thats everything..lol
The Chest was modified on the sides instead of the front. It Just fits, with no room for a speaker, but i have an idea that may allow this. More on that later.

Well, let me see..after figuring out how far apart the shoulder holes needed to be, i lined up the sided accordingly. It seems there was a gap inbetween, so I added a piece from behind, to build the seam out a bit further, then filled that in and sanded. I closed the sides completely, and carefully cut a new seam.

Here is the photo I have. The RED tape is holding the sides together, they are overlapped slightly. I cut another piece of plastic the length of the sides, and attached on the inside. Then moved the sides to where i needed them to be.Then just backfilled with apoxy sculpt.

Re: At long last...3po
As stated above, the suit is a combination of materials. Chest, arms, feet and torso are ABS vac formed plastic. Head and legs are fiberglass.
Hope that helps.
