Thigh supports?
Hi,
I've been looking through the forum for a tutorial on supporting the legs/thighs. I seem to remember that part of the belly wires (possibly the section with the belly pistons?) were actually supports for the legs that ran from the legs, under the pelvis and chest - similar to suspenders.
Does anyone know of, or can offer, suggestions for this mod? I think that is the next step for my 3po. Thanks!

Re: Thigh supports?
I think initially those were used to help hold up the shorts.
I think i have a good photo someplace that might show it... I'll look
As far as I can tell (and with my own suit) the thighs just rest on the shins, which rest on the feet. I haven't had to use anything to support them so far.

Re: Thigh supports?
Those supports may actually only hold up the belly mat...

Re: Thigh supports?
That's the photo I remember. Here's the issue, the legs are dropping too low, and are letting the edge of the (rubber) pelvis come out of the too of the thighs. (Not to mention hurting the tops of my feet). So I was thinking about a harness to keep them more in line.
Any ideas?

Re: Thigh supports?
Maybe add some foam padding to the calf area so it's snug on your legs, not overly tight, but snug enough to keep from sliding down more than you want.
Straps might work if you can figure out a good way to hook them up without them showing.

Re: Thigh supports?
I made a thin set of garters for the thighs.

Re: Thigh supports?
Maybe add a little bit of a reinforcement "bumper" to the top of your shoe/foot shell to help support the legs.
Mine rest on my feet but don't really give me any problems. Even after having the suit on for 3 hours or so.

Re: Thigh supports?
Is the bottom of the leg sitting on top of your foot, or the foot shell? The foot shell should extend into the leg/ankle. This keeps the lower leg from coming in contact with your actual foot.
