ALI TORSO SHOULDER RINGS
Ok I got my good friend Paul to machine me a set of these, they are the same as the ones supplied by TK409 in resin but made from Ali , I had to make some mods to my torso like most of us and had these made, they are the same size as the resin rings just the internal size is different.
This post is for replacement rings of the same dimensions your 3po was supplied with, if you require any changes plz pm Paul, he will post price on here ASAP I will post pictures of mine on torso once they arrive...

How are you attaching the shoulder bells?
This is the first step towards recreating rings which can house a lazy suzan type system.

I'm going to use a hinge, I will cut out to make hinge flat on ring and then attach it to the shoulder bell, I'm in the process of making a collar that houses the ring so it spins so that the collar , ring and shoulder bell become one item this will then be located by to pins and Velcro...I will post pictures as I make them

I'm down for a set too.
Are the resin rings pretty fragile or is it difficult to rotate your arms? I imagine that for costuming, you can only rotate your arms forward and back but not out laterally/sideways without putting excess pressure on the rings.
