Cal Pierce shorts
Hey all,
Before I wreck anything further...
How DO you attach the shorts together? I've been trying different fit angles, and nothing seems to look right.
I'd like to get them drilled together today and be done with it ;o). Then maybe I can start building my PVC stand later this week so I can at least display the torso and head at proper height ;o).

This is one of the hardest part of the costume,are you wearing them or using them as a show prop.my shorts as I'm not a 30" waist more like a 33" inch waist.I've had so much trouble to get myn to fit me.whenyou received them did you get some plastic shape plinths with them.you can either glue to the inside or fiberglass them inside..

The front overlaps the butt piece on either side. If they are assembled A New Hope style, a pair of torso / shorts bolts join the flat sections at the top.
Scroll half way down this page and you'll see Cals build.
